- Packing and handling charge : N/C
- We reserve the right to return your money if we are sold out unless you give us permission to substitute with another variety.
- We can ship Priority Mail.
- We grow and ship great healthy plants, carefully grown and packed, but we can not control conditions after they leave our care.
- Shipments when delivered to the carrier become the consignee's property and claims for mishandling should be directed to the carrier.
- We give no warranty, expressed, or implied. The customer assumes all risk and responsibility of transportation, growth, planting, life of plants or any other matter of any plant we sell.
- We exercise the greatest care possible to keep our plants true to name and are willing to replace on proper proof any that may prove otherwise.
- It is mutually agreed that we shall not at anytime be liable for any amount greater than the
purchase price of the plants.
- We will furnish complete growing and planting instructions.
